Mark’s Travel Journal is based on my first hand life and travel experiences.

Travel – I work in travel & tourism and also travel regularly. I was asked to write a golf travel article about 11 years ago and caught the writing/photo bug. I write what I think and experience and add in facts and figures to round out the story.

Golf – I try to play whenever I can, usually at a public course. Over the years, I’ve played throughout Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, North Carolina, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, Mexico, the Bahamas, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Ireland.

Ski – I’m a certified member of the Canadian Ski Patrol (first responder status). I ski a lot.

I’ve written destination and hotel blog posts for Hipmunk and posts for Liftopia.
